Refund policy
<h3>Returns & Refunds</h3>
<ul>
<li>You may request a return within <strong>30 days</strong> of delivery for a change of mind, in original condition, at your own return shipping cost (unless the item is faulty).</li>
<li>If an item is faulty, not as described, or unsafe, you are entitled under the Australian Consumer Law to a repair, replacement, or refund.</li>
<li>To start a return, email <a href="mailto:christian@chronox.com.au">christian@chronox.com.au</a> with your order number.</li>
<li>Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the returned item being received and approved.</li>

<h3>Damaged or Incorrect Items</h3>
<p>Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.</p>
