Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Estimated delivery time within Australia: 5-10 business days.
If we are unable to ship within the estimated timeframe, we will notify you, offer a full refund, and will not proceed with a delay without your consent.
You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a change of mind, in original condition, at your own return shipping cost (unless the item is faulty).
If an item is faulty, not as described, or unsafe, you are entitled under the Australian Consumer Law to a repair, replacement, or refund.
To start a return, email christian@chronox.com.au with your order number.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the returned item being received/approved.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
