Why we started The Quiet Dog

We started The Quiet Dog because most pet products are designed to look good in a photo, not to actually make life better for the animal. We look for gear that solves one real problem well — a dog that eats too fast, a cat that won't drink enough water, muddy paws on a clean floor — and we sample it ourselves before it goes on the site.

We're a small, Australian-run store. We don't manufacture our own products — we source them from vetted suppliers and stand behind what we sell with clear policies and real support if something isn't right.

What we care about

• Products that solve a real problem, not just look nice
• Clear shipping timeframes and an easy return process
• Honest information — if a product doesn't suit every pet, we'll say so
